Our Enthusiasts are in charge of creating unforgettable memories to our guests’ stay.

What does the Square Enthusiast does?:

• Dealing with guests and their questions and personal requests
• Welcoming the guest and processing their Check-in and Check-out
• Interacting with customers, taking orders, preparing drinks and serving food
• Preparing bills and taking payments;

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar role (ie Receptionist and/or Bartender/Barista), at least 1 year experience
• Ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule on any day and time of the week from Monday to Sunday.
• Excellence in customer service;
• Highly proficient in spoken English;

We are looking for an open-minded young mind, able to add some hostel vibes to the HR department assisting and supporting the colleagues on the daily tasks such as talent process, payroll monthly duties, employees relations and employees life cycle.

Requirements:

• Backpacker/ Hostel addicted
• Flexibility to support the department for 40h per week from Monday to Friday;
• Master Degree in HR
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian

We offer: Internship contract 3+3 months, 800 euro + company canteen

La risorsa farà parte del team Communication & Marketing contribuendo nella creazione, organizzazione e coordinamento degli eventi e delle attività che hanno luogo al Salone14 come concerti, stand-up comedy, release party, varietà, eventi musicali. Cerchiamo una persona CREATIVA, con un approccio “thinking out of the box”, dinamica ed internazionale che sappia risolvere con un approccio flessibile

Responsabilità:

• Coordinare e pianificare gli eventi/attività per lo Salone14
• Contribuire con nuove idee alla creazione di nuovi eventi diurni e serali, in settimana e nel weekend
• Gestire le relazioni con artisti, musicisti, band e dj
• Coordinare i reparti coinvolti nella realizzazione degli eventi supervisionando lo svolgimento degli stessi;
• Instaurare relazioni positive con i referenti degli eventi e con tutti gli ospiti coinvolti, per garantire sempre la massima soddisfazione delle aspettative.

Requisiti:

• Pregressa esperienza nell’organizzazione e gestione di serate;
• Approccio pratico in linea con la filosofia YellowSquare;
• Conoscenza avanzata delle lingue italiana, inglese
• Attitudine nel problem solving
• Capacità di trovare soluzioni creative e di assumersi la responsabilità dei compiti assegnati;
• Integrità personale e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico;
• Esperienza di lavoro con sistemi informatici su varie piattaforme.
